Last-minute FAQs:

1. What if I don't use WhatsApp?

WhatsApp is free to install and easy to use. We advise you join before becoming a Member!

However if you really don't want to use WhatsApp, our monthly meetups and our membership community can be found on our Website by logging in at www.inspireuk.org 

All members can manage their own profile and this is visible in the Community.

Simply visit your Library, locate the Inspire Network National Community.

From here, click "Meetups" to find the details for all centrally-planned events and add them to your diary!


2. Am I tied in?

No, we don't believe in tying anyone into something that isn't right for them, although we do not allow members to leave and rejoin within the same 12 month period except with prior agreement from Nikki, our Founder.

 

3. How do I manage my subscription once it's set up?

You can update your personal information, change your card payment details and cancel your subscription anytime by logging in via our Website. Once signed in, click the Avatar icon and then head to your Settings.

We don't handle any membership subscriptions manually so it's all done by you, at your convenience.

 

4. Help! I've signed up but don't know what to do next! I closed the Welcome Page and my Welcome Email hasn't arrived. What do I do?

Welcome Emails are sent immediately and automatically, provided you've opted into communications where indicated on the form on this page.

If your email hasn't arrived, it may be that you haven't opted in (or you entered the wrong email address when signing up).

Please check if payment has been taken, and refresh all Mail folders including Junk before emailing [email protected] for support.

Don't worry, we'll help get things sorted ASAP if something's not quite right.

We strongly advise...
That you mark us as a Safe Sender when you receive our email to ensure future meetup invitations and important membership communications don't land in your Spam! Your subscription receipts will be emailed too.
